We are a cataract and refractive practice located within Sydney’s eastern suburbs with an accredited day surgery & refractive suite in our Kingsford centre.

We are a paperless practice encompassing the very best in facilities, both in I.T, surgical and imaging equipment.
A motivated Orthoptist is required to join our fun and friendly clinical team of 5 Orthoptists, 5 Ophthalmologists and 1 Ophthalmic nurses.

This position is open to Orthoptists with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.

You will be involved in general Ophthalmic assisting including – History taking, vertometry, VA testing, IOP’s, Cirrus OCT’s, IOL master and Immersion Biometry, Topography, Humphrey VF etc.

The applicant will be supported in their role to learn how to triage patients inclinic and how to use any equipment they are not familiar with.
There is opportunity to be involved in the surgical team with training provided in this area.
