The key purpose of the position is to provide our patients with the best possible care with the best outcomes.

Principal Duties & Accountabilities

The principal duties and accountabilities of this position include the following:

• Recording history and medication accurately and neatly.
• Vertometer measurement.
• Visual acuity testing and refraction.
• Contrast sensitivity measurement.
• IOP measurement.
• Pre-Operative eye measurements.
• Slit lamp examination.
• Cover test/ocular motility/binocularity
• Colour vision assessment.
• Administering dilating or constricting, anaesthetic,
pressure lowering, and other eye drops as required.
