About the store/opportunity:

Lidcombe is located 15 km west of the Sydney CBD and has its own train station making it a convenient location for accessing both Sydney’s east and west. It houses its own Costco and Shopping Centre anchored by Kmart, Woolworths, Aldi and Spotlight.
