THE OPPORTUNITY:

This position has been created to work collaboratively with the state based Account Managers to identify and educate Optometrists on the latest advanced technology implants. You will also establish and influence patient referral pathways between Optometrists and Ophthalmologists. This will require relationship building and networking with all stakeholders, as well as the delivery of high quality clinical education.

Reporting to the QLD State Sales Manager you will be measured on your ability to execute key deliverables and also your impact on referral numbers.

YOU:

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

• Tertiary qualifications
• Relevant experience as an Optometrist
• Knowledge of surgical ophthalmology procedures and referral pathways

• Commercial awareness acquired through practice management, business ownership, sales or marketing experience, or business studies
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience educating others
• The ability to forge strong relationships and establish credibility quickly
• You are a collaborative team player
• You have a high level of accountability and personal drive, and a results focused attitude
