About the stores/opportunity:

In partnership with the existing Joint Venture Partner, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Specsavers stores, whilst leading your teams to provide customers with the highest standards of service and eye care.

• The store itself opened in 2009 and has built and established a loyal database of patients in the years that followed
• Currently no late-night trading creating potential for store growth
• New fit-out (less than 2 years old) in a Heritage Building
• Current Optometrist is willing to stay on a few days per week for client retention
• The store offers 3 test rooms, a dedicated audiology room. 5 dispense desks and over 1100 frames on display. Administrative support, including payroll, accounts payable and quarterly BAS
• Flexible trading hours (no shopping centre obligations)
• A market-rate salary and superannuation in addition to your share of store profits
