Orthoptist

An outstanding opportunity exists for an Orthoptist in beautiful Tamworth, northern NSW. You will perform a full range of orthoptic assessments and treatments on children and adults as well as ophthalmic assisting, including OCT, biometry, visual field testing, fundus photography and minor surgical assistance. You will be part of two well-resourced ophthalmic practices, supporting 4 Ophthalmologists and one Registrar.

Located midway between Sydney and Brisbane, Tamworth is a thriving inland city of 60,000 people and the major regional referral hub for 200,000 residents of the NSW northern slopes and plains, including a large indigenous population. You may join us on our outreach clinics to smaller towns.
