Orthoptist/ Nurse/ Ophthalmic Technician

Sydney Eye Surgeons is seeking for an orthoptist/ nurse/ ophthalmic technician. This is your opportunity to join a multi-location, large-scale multi-disciplinary ophthalmic enterprise in Eastern and Southern Sydney.

Main Duties:

• Document patient medical history
• Consultation with the patient to carry out screening and diagnostic tests
• Answer patient queries under the supervision of ophthalmologists
• Assisting ophthalmologists with procedures and treatments including injections and minor operations
• Sterilization of surgical equipment
• Maintaining medical stock supplies
