| Job Description | Port Macquarie Eye Centre is looking for an enthusiastic orthoptist to join our growing practice. We have 7 ophthalmologists currently assisted by 3 orthoptists and 2 registered nurses and we are looking to add another orthoptist to our clinical support team to deliver excellent patient care. Our practice encompasses the full range of ophthalmology including retina, paediatrics, cataract, glaucoma, diabetes and oculoplastics. The position involves history taking, assessing vision, pressures, motility, biometry, pachymetry, OCT, field testing, corneal topography as well as room for growth and expansion of duties. Our consulting rooms are state of the art and purpose built with a large supply of ophthalmic equipment, located in the idyllic town of Port Macquarie NSW. Salary commensurate with experience. |
