Optometrist

Based in Orange NSW  – Full time 35 hours per week

Supporting Dubbo NSW and Mackay QLD centre when required

Salary $120,000-$150,000 + super, $10,000 CPD + Relocation Assistance

About the role

• Service our valued members eye care needs
• Provide comprehensive quality eye examinations and clinical care
• Improve visual outcomes of all patients to the practice
• Provide premium customer service

Skills & experience

• Bachelor of Optometry or equivalent enabling registration as an Optometrist (essential) with AHPRA
• Ocular Therapeutics qualifications and other qualifications (desirable)
• Exceptional client service skills
• The ability to perform a thorough eye examination and  all requisite tests in a professional manner
• Basic computer skills (Word and Excel)
• Ability to work in a team and co-operatively with others
• Ability to carry out minor repairs to frames
• Ability to provide advice on lens types
• An ability to  take facial measurements and advise on appropriate frame selections
• Ability to successfully fit and adjust frames
