We have an exciting opportunity available for a Professional Education Manager responsible for developing and guiding the execution of education strategy for the J&J Surgical Vision business.
Reporting to the Business Unit Leader, you will be responsible for establishing sales team training needs and oversight of education channels and certification expectations, established in partnership with marketing and sales leadership. Externally, you will be responsible for managing the cataract education curriculum in alignment with business priorities, ensuring education content and resourcing available to support faculty and staff. RESPONSIBILITIES - Design and develop the annual sales team education program in partnership with marketing and sales leadership, leveraging in-person, in-field and virtual channels
- Oversee Registrar education programs including lens technology and Phaco knowledge and confidence development in partnership with teaching facilities
- Oversee the curriculum of HCP education in alignment with J&J Vision priorities
- Manage consumable, capital and other training resources as appropriate and within budget
- Establish and manage KPIs to ensure education goals are achieved efficiently and effectively, implementing improvement plans as required
- Oversee education grants and budget in line with J&J Vision’s education goals.
ITS ALL ABOUT YOU - Tertiary qualification in Ophthalmology, Health Sciences, Business or related fields
- Prior industry experience within ophthalmology is expected
- Demonstrated leadership attributes and achievements
- Strong collaborator able to create genuine internal and external partnerships.
