Dynamic Orthoptist Wanted

Nepean Valley Eye Surgeons (NVES) is a fast paced, highly professional Retinal and General Ophthalmic specialist eye clinic with state-of-the-art equipment.

We are looking for an Orthoptist to join the team 4-5 days per week.

We pride ourselves on our professionalism, commitment, and high-quality patient care. You will be required to maintain strong attention to detail, flexibility and a willingness to work as part of a busy team at all times.

Your main role will be to provide high level service and support to our team of Ophthalmologists.

Your primary duties will include but are not limited to the following:

• Meeting patients and providing an overview of the process for their visit.

• Investigating patients clinically prior to their consultation with the Doctors.

• Undertake testing using specialist equipment.

• Undertaking general administrative duties relating to patient care.

• Keeping up to date with current practices and recording work activities as part of continuing professional development.
