The two options of how you can apply for jobs, include;

(1) Directly applying to the practice details within each Ad

* Submit your CV & all correspondence is directly between you & the practice / company.

(2) Applying via Find an Orthoptist / Find an Optometrist

* This option allows your application to be really highlighted via us.

* We aim to secure you the best  & the highest hourly rate as possible.

* No fees to you / No cut to your salary.

* We know the market & the current demand for certain positions & hence this helps us to be in a position where can escalate your application in certain situations ie: dependent on location, your work experience , your skill set etc.

* Please note: this option (Option- 2) can only be carried out, if you have not applied for the advertised position already & have reached out to us first. If you have already applied for any position yourself then we will not be able to assist.

* We can help your application progress for not only that initial interested position but we can suggest other positions of similar nature / role which you may be interested in, which we know about ( which may or may not be advertised) allowing you to compare & weigh up your options.
