Based in Deakin – Canberra, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Practice Manager/Team Leader to join our ever-expanding Company.

About the role:

This role is ideal for an exceptionally experienced Practice Manager/Team Leader to join us to lead, formulate, guide and co-ordinate site best practice in our Deakin clinic. The role of Team Leader is multi-faceted, hands on and highly visible within the organisation. It forms a key link between staff and Specialists and has the responsibility for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the practice and best support to our patients within our local community.

What we are looking for:

Essential Past experience with medical administration
Preferred past experience within the Ophthalmology industry
People management and development
Superior organization, interpersonal and time management skills.
A customer focused attitude
