URGENT days to cover

Orthoptist or Optometrist or Ophthalmic Assistant needed for the following dates:

19/10/23 (thurs): (8am – 12) & (1.30pm – 5.30)

02/11/23 (thurs): (8am – 12) & (1.30pm – 5.30)

15/11/23 (wed): (8am – 12) & (1.30pm – 5.30)

16/11/23 (thurs):(8am – 12) & (1.30pm – 5.30)

Tests to Perform:  OCT Heidelberg Spectralis , Pentacam Nidek and Tomey (A-Scans)

• Please still express interest if can not perform all tests – disclosing which tests you are unable to perform
• Please still express interest if can only cover one or 2 of the requested days, or if can only cover the am or pm session, if not the full day

Hourly Rate: Name your hourly rate!

PLUS:  Travel expenses paid for!

(2) Outline if you can do all the tests as per the Ad, mention any tests which unable to do.

(2) Outline your ideal rate of pay

(3) Attach the following in PDF or JPEG (not in docx please):

* Your Qualification proof ie: AOB (if you have one) / or  APHRA registration for Optometrists
* Graduation Certificate / uni transcript (if final year student)
* CV
