About the role:

This role is ideal for an experienced Practice Manager or team leader to join us to lead, formulate, guide and co-ordinate the Canberra site.

The role of Team Leader is multi-faceted, hands on and highly visible within the organisation. It forms a key link between staff and Specialists and has the responsibility for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the practice and best support to our patients within our local community.

What we are looking for:

• Essential Past experience with medical administration
• Preferred past experience within the Ophthalmology industry, ideally an Orthoptist.
• People management and development
• Superior organization, interpersonal and time management skills.
• A customer focused attitude
