What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver comprehensive eye examinations with a strong clinical focus
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of ocular conditions, including dry eye disease
• Develop tailored treatment plans using evidence-based approaches
• Build long-term patient relationships through genuine care and education
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team

What We’re Looking For

AHPRA-registered Optometrist (or eligible)
Strong interest in dry eye management
A patient-first mindset with excellent communication skills
A proactive clinician who wants to grow professionally
Someone who values quality care over quick turnover
